At Blockpass, we’re continuously looking for the chance to improve our services, whether that comes from improving performance, simplifying the experience, or adding new features. Today, we’re excited to showcase our new PASS Club Priority Support! This new opportunity provides a priority support service to users who have a certain amount of PASS and aims to provide comprehensive support assistance where and when required.
Naturally, a personalized support system isn’t feasible for the entire userbase - not with the hundreds of thousands of profiles Blockpass caters to - so this opportunity is only available to those who have 100,000 PASS tokens or more in their wallet (both Ethereum and Matic wallets are supported). Eligible users need only be a member of PASS Club and to sign up for PASS Club support to have their suitability verified before being able to enjoy the benefits of this priority service.
As with all services, there are required fields for users to have filled out in their Blockpass Identity before a review can take place - this ensures that the Blockpass support team will have all the necessary information in case assistance is required. For PASS Club Support, the fields are: Identity document (Passport, National ID or Driving License), Email, Family Name, Given/Other Name(s), Selfie, Date of Birth, Address, Phone number, Proof of Address, crypto address.
Those individuals who sign up for this service will be the beneficiaries of priority support, with rapid personal assistance in dealing with any problems they experience in the KYC process and any ongoing issues they have when onboarding. Please note that this service doesn’t mean that the member will be processed before others. It is there to deal with remediation of profiles and to assist the user in that process.
