In this edition of our newsletter we bring you the latest news and developments from Blockpass. Our first announcement this week concerns our latest strategic partnership in Tozex. We also have our latest blog, which details how hackathons are now being used to develop possible solutions to issues brought up by the current coronavirus pandemic, and maybe shield us from future ones. Two new additions to the Blockpass Marketplace feature below with Slogold and MAXCORP. Highlighting a previous article, we also look at how various technologies might contribute to developing improved products and services in the future. Finishing off, we talk to Alexander Savy about his work as a Partnership Executive here at Blockpass. Blockpass' Latest Partnership Announced
Blockpass' latest strategic partnership was revealed a few days ago with the announcement that Tozex, the crypto asset platform, would be integrating Blockpass' KYC Connect® to simplify KYC and AML compliance in a secure and comprehensive solution.

Hackathons Explore COVID-19 Solutions
In response to the ongoing pandemic, people and groups around the world are seeking solutions to mitigate the impact social distancing and sickness are having on our lives. As was revealed recently, Blockpass is working towards this, but there are also events taking place in the wider blockchain and cryptocurrency community aiming to help the situation.
In this article we highlight two hackathons working on COVID-19 solutions: the COVIDathon DIDA Decentralised AI Alliance hackathon and the Share Our Strength (SOS) Planetwide hackathon. The Crossover of New Technologies
With the ongoing and upcoming hackathons we highlighted this week, it is important to note that it is not only blockchain and cryptocurrency based technology that is being investigated as a possible solution for the issues at hand. Other technology, such as Artificial Intelligence, is also being used, and even those with less technical experience are welcomed to provide input.
It is important to note that there is a large crossover section of new technologies. Future solutions and developments are likely to be an amalgamation of blockchain, AI, IoT, Machine Learning and all manner of other areas as they complement each others strengths and shore up each others weaknesses.
